If you are in the middle of an ongoing situation at work or have recently resigned or been dismissed and want ongoing support and advice from your Consultant, you can register with us for £25 + VAT (£29.37). This entitles you to:

• Your information pack to help you to track the advice you receive and updates should we represent you in a claim at the Employment Tribunals (sent by post on receipt of your Registration Fee)
• Unlimited advice by email at no additional charge SAVE the £3.50 enquiry fee
• Phone calls to our landline telephone number, so you don’t pay a premium on your calls
• SAVE £12.50 + VAT (a total saving of £14.69) OFF the cost of having your letters professionally drafted for you
• Nothing more to pay for our No Win No Fee case handling and representation if your claim goes to the Employment Tribunals
• A Consultant’s written Opinion if we do not consider that your case, or elements of it, stand a reasonable prospect of success so that you can make an informed decision

There is no obligation to register

If you would rather pay-as-you-go, you can make as many enquiries as you like at £3.50, or use our premium line phone at 50p a minute (that’s a ten minute call with a Consultant for just £5 on your phone bill) – and no pre-recorded messages to take up your time.

To maintain our guarantee of confidentiality, we do not keep records of non-registered enquiries, you simply get a response from a Consultant, who will delete your enquiry from their Inbox. We will only open a file for you if you choose to register with us.
