Register - Step 1

You will be directed to register with us when you submit your details, as you will either receive confirmation that we agree you have an arguable case, with your information pack. Or a Consultant’s written Opinion on why we consider that the claim does not have a reasonable prospect of success under current UK law.

First, we need to know details of your claim. We will accept any of the following:

Print off our Terms of Business and send a signed copy together with your cheque for £28.37 made payable to ELAC with as many documents as you consider essential for us to get a reasonable understanding of your claim. You can send them all, if you like, but please make sure that you include your original Claim and the employer’s Response (if you have received one).
